Shipping Cost:

The shipping and handling fees of your order will be calculated and displayed during checkout based on your destination, the weight of your package and the method of delivery.

If you choose multiple international shipping options, please list them in a table. International shipping may take longer to arrive (8 to 20 days). Depending on different destinations, the estimated arrival time may be significantly varied.

How to track my order?

After the order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from us which includes a tracking number. You may use it to track the status of your order. Allow 48 hours of delay for the tracking information.

If you are unable to check your order status 3 days after you have received the confirmation email, please contact us at info@cdgwct.com and provide your name and order number. We will help you to with the tracking information.

Refund,Return and Exchange

If the merchandise is in damage-free condition, we will process refund for you within 3 days after we have received the returned merchandise. The refund amount is the full order value minus the cost of returning shipping.  

If the package received is damaged, please contact us immediately at info@cdgwct.com by sending your order number and pictures of the damaged merchandise. We will resolve the issues on case by case basis, and do our utmost to come to a solution that satisfies you.
